Directions for Use

Dosage: Basil seeds expand approximately 30 times their original size when soaked in water. Therefore, a small quantity is sufficient; approximately 10 grams per serving is recommended.

Water Temperature: Use water below 40°C to preserve the nutrients, as higher temperatures can degrade their quality.

Water Quantity: Combine 10 grams of basil seeds with approximately 200 ml of water.

Preparation Time: After soaking, stir thoroughly and allow to stand for about 10 minutes until a white, translucent film forms around the seeds, indicating full expansion. The mixture is then ready for consumption.

Flavoring Options: To enhance taste, consider adding honey, rock sugar, lemon slices, or fructose to the soaked basil seeds.

**Important Note: Basil seeds must be soaked prior to consumption. They should not be eaten dry, as they will absorb water within the gastrointestinal tract, which could lead to gastrointestinal blockage or other health concerns.
