Directions for Use

Dosage: It is recommended to use approximately 10 grams of cassia seeds per serving. Do not exceed 15 grams daily.

Water Temperature: Use hot water at 80°C or higher to effectively extract the active components of the cassia seeds.

Water Quantity: Use approximately 350 ml of hot water per 10 grams of cassia seeds.

Steeping Time: Allow the mixture to steep for 10 to 15 minutes, until the color deepens and the aroma develops. Additional hot water can be added for subsequent steepings until the flavor diminishes.

**Note: It is advisable to use roasted cassia seeds for brewing. Roasting enhances the aroma and reduces the cooling effect, helping to prevent potential digestive discomfort. (This product contains roasted cassia seeds.)
